Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a paralegal, as well as proficiency in using DocuSign. Experience with the Ontario justice system is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Assist with filling out legal forms and documents accurately and efficiently
Prepare documents for electronic signature using DocuSign
Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation as needed
File legal documents in the courthouse or with relevant authorities
Communicate with clients and other team members as necessary
Utilize knowledge of the Ontario justice system to provide support and assistance as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a paralegal
Experience using DocuSign or similar electronic signature software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with the Ontario justice system is a plus
