Relevance AI is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their growing in-house legal team. The role involves providing practical, commercially focused legal support to enable deal momentum, manage risk, and support confident decision making. The ideal candidate will have approximately 4 to 8 years PQE from a strong commercial law firm and or in-house environment.
Requirements
- Approximately 4 to 8 years PQE from a strong commercial law firm and or in-house environment
- Hands-on experience negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements including MSAs and DPAs
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to balance speed with appropriate risk management
- Confident communicator who can influence non-legal stakeholders
- High ownership mindset and willingness to contribute to team outcomes
