Job Description:
Responsible for working on the following in Azure Environment:
- Identity Management
- Authentication & Authorization (SSO and MFA)
- Synchronizing on-premises Active Directory with Azure AD using Azure AD Connect
- Registering applications in Azure AD
- Access Management-RBAC, conditional access.
- Monitoring & Reporting using Azure Ad logs, Entra reports, and integration with Microsoft Sentinel.
Deploying and configuring Azure services.
Implement security controls using Azure Security Center, Defender, Sentinel, and compliance and identity management solutions within Azure.
Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
Monitor performance and availability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
Optimize cost and resource utilization and maintain architecture diagrams, runbooks, and technical documentation.
Lead the resolution of high-priority incidents by coordinating with various technical teams.
Participate in reviews and contribute to the automation and continuous improvement processes.
Manage and guide the team on optimizing cost and resource utilization.
Drive adherence to ITIL best practices and ensure alignment with business objectives and SLAs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess cloud readiness and develop migration strategies.
Optimize cloud performance, cost, and scalability through continuous monitoring and improvement.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and operations teams.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on service performance, risk posture, and compliance status.
Key Requirements:
Strong Knowledge in: Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Azure Cloud and DevOps tools
Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments (Azure and AWS) and integration with on-premises systems is preferred.
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate certification would be an added advantage.
Good to have previous experience in the financial services industry, particularly within banking or investment banking institutions.
