We are looking for a Performance & Reward Partner to shape how we attract, retain and motivate our people. As a subject matter expert, you will design, develop and implement remuneration, performance and benefits programs to drive performance, support our strategy, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.
Requirements
- Degree qualification (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years’ experience in performance, reward or broader HR roles
- Strong knowledge of remuneration and benefits, ideally within financial services
- Understanding of market trends and benchmarking practices
- Experience working with HR systems, particularly performance and reward platforms
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence senior stakeholder
