Hello Chef is growing fast — launching new brands, adding new roles, and building the systems that power magical customer experiences. We’re looking for a sharp, structured, and dependable remote Recruiter to help us find exceptional talent quickly and confidently.
This is a remote role, open to candidates based within ±4 hours of Gulf Standard Time.
You’ll be responsible for screening large volumes of candidates, running structured screening interviews, and ensuring a clear, professional experience for every applicant. You’ll work closely with our CEO and hiring managers to build strong shortlists, maintain clean pipelines, and communicate clearly with candidates from first touch to final stage.

1. Deliver strong shortlists, fast: Ensure every open role has a steady flow of high-quality, values-aligned candidates ready for interview — enabling quick, confident hiring decisions.
2. Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers: Ensure every interaction throughout the hiring process is clear, timely, and respectful — creating confidence, transparency, and a smooth experience for all parties.
1. Execution Excellence: Works fast and accurately. Delivers consistent output without supervision or rework. Keeps commitments and meets targets reliably. Improves processes continually.
2. Structured Judgment: Applies clear, objective criteria to assess candidates. Uses scorecards and evidence-based notes instead of relying on gut feel or assumptions.
3. Communication Clarity: Writes and speaks clearly, promptly, and respectfully. Keeps candidates and hiring managers consistently informed and confident in the process.
4. Organisation & Follow-Through: Keeps BambooHR, notes, and summaries clean, current, and error-free. Never lets details slip or tasks go stale.
5. Professionalism & Brand Representation: Upholds Hello Chef’s brand values in all interactions. Demonstrates reliability, respect, and care for candidate experience.
