Rillet is hiring a Partner Manager to deepen impact with its growing accounting and advisory partner ecosystem. The role requires building strong partner relationships, driving engagement, and turning those relationships into pipeline and closed deals.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, consulting, or other customer-facing roles
- Experience working with or selling into accounting firms, working with Big 4 or Top 100 CPA firms is particularly attractive
- Background in accounting is strongly preferred, CPA or Big 4 experience is a plus
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and drive action
- Comfortable partnering with Sales on co-selling and deal progression
- Highly organized with strong follow-through across multiple partners and initiatives
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
