AI Architect (West Singapore)
Lead the design, integration, and governance of enterprise AI solutions, driving scalable architecture, innovation, and compliance while aligning technology strategies with business goals across complex digital ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end AI architecture, ensuring alignment with business and digital strategies.
- Design scalable AI systems across cloud, edge, and on-premise environments.
- Drive adoption of advanced AI approaches, including agent-based systems.
- Lead technical direction and mentor engineering teams across AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams on solution design and delivery.
- Define standards, frameworks, and best practices for AI development and integration.
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, regulatory, and quality requirements.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and introduce innovations across projects.
- Provide architectural consulting for new AI initiatives and concept development.
- Support IT service management to ensure reliable AI service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Comfortable working at Lakeside, West Singapore.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise AI systems and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record designing scalable AI and data-driven solutions.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, generative AI, and statistical modelling.
- Hands-on experience with agent-based AI systems (single and multi-agent).
- Expertise in Apache Spark (Python), Kafka, Hadoop, and big data processing.
- Experience building robust, large-scale data pipelines and distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of modern software engineering and microservice architectures.
- Strong communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven, curious, and comfortable working in a global matrix organization.
