Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer to consistently generate qualified leads and booked consultations.

This is an execution-focused role not branding or high-level strategy. You’ll work directly with the CEO and Account Executive to build and optimize our lead generation engine and position Geekbears as experts in MVP design and development and AI.

What You’ll Do

• Own lead generation across key channels (linkedin, website, upwork)
• Improve conversion (profiles, proposals, messaging)
• Test and refine offers, positioning, and copy
• Content strategy (copy, videos, posts)
• Analyze performance and double down on what works

What Success Looks Like

• Consistent flow of qualified leads
• Booked consultations week over week
• Improved conversion rates and cost per lead

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience generating leads (not just “marketing”)
• Proven experience in copywriting, inbound marketing, and social media
• High proficiency in English
• Strong execution mindset—you move fast and iterate
• Data-driven and comfortable owning results
• Bonus: experience with IT services or digital agencies
