Student Services Representatives are responsible for providing excellent support to BYU-Pathway Worldwide students. They can work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and we are flexible for staffing needs, within these times.
This part-time position typically works Monday – Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm. This position is a remote position.Disclaimer: Currently, most employees are working remotely and expected to work 15-20 hours per week during core department hours which are Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. This position is temporal and may end at any time.
Additional hours may be available and needed during peak service times, such as the beginning of new semesters. Student Service Representatives may sometimes work up to 40 hours based on the employer’s discretion.
