At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
We're looking for a detail-oriented (Senior) Corporate Legal Trainee to join our Legal team in Helsinki and support corporate governance activities across Wolt, Deliveroo and DoorDash international legal entities. This position will be a full-time role for six months, with an opportunity to extend, if agreed upon by you and the business.
As our business continues to evolve, we're managing a significant volume of corporate governance changes across multiple jurisdictions. In this role, you'll help ensure our legal entities remain compliant by preparing, coordinating and processing a wide range of corporate documentation. You'll work alongside experienced in-house lawyers, gaining hands-on exposure to international corporate governance and legal operations in one of the world's leading technology companies.
This is an excellent opportunity for a law student or recent graduate who is interested in corporate law, legal operations and working in a fast-paced, global environment.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience supporting the legal operations of a global technology company during a period of significant organizational change. You'll work with experienced legal professionals, build expertise in international corporate governance, and develop highly transferable skills across legal, compliance and business operations.
If you're looking for an internship where you'll have real ownership, exposure to cross-border legal work and the opportunity to learn how an in-house legal team operates at scale, we'd love to hear from you.
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
