1. Provide on-site guidance and training for customers' product trial, help customers to solve technical problems, become a bridge of technical communication between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations;

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
2. At least 1 year of working experience in IT and internet-related companies. Familiar with mainstream cloud computing technologies and enterprise products. Experience in after-sales, R&D, or operation and maintenance for medium to large-scale projects is preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills, able toconvey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
4. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
1. Industry and Experience: Focus on cloud computing and cloud-native fields; with over 1 year of work experience(fresh graduates must have basic knowledge of Docker and K8s); those with operation and maintenance of project delivery experience are preferred.
2. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above.
3. Core Competencies:
· Technical Skills: Master basic operations of Docker and K8s; familiar with the usage logic of cloud-native platforms.
· Focus on cloud-native and container platform fields; provide technical guidance, support, and solutions to clients; with experience in operation and maintenance of delivery positions.
· Collaboration Skills: Able to collaborate with the Chinese team to implement solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
1. Skill Bonus: Experience in after-sales service or operation and maintenance of medium-to-large cloud-native projects (e.g., K8s-based PAAS platforms), or holding cloud-native certifications such as CKA and CKAD.
2. Background Bonus: Previous experience working in local Southeast Asian IT enterprises or in the Southeast Asian teams of Chinese-funded overseas enterprises.
3. Resource Bonus: Possession of local IT partner resources in Singapore (such as system integrators and cloud service providers).
