We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Outreach Specialist to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate is passionate about SEO, digital PR, influencer marketing, and link-building strategies. You’ll play a key role in expanding UltaHost’s online authority and brand visibility by forming meaningful partnerships with creators, publishers, and digital communities across the web.
Develop and execute effective outreach and link-building strategies to promote UltaHost’s content across relevant online communities, blogs, and websites.
Identify and engage with influencers, bloggers, and website owners to secure collaborations, guest posts, and backlinks that enhance UltaHost’s SEO performance.
Build long-term relationships with tech, hosting, and UGC creators on platforms like YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn for product reviews, tutorials, and co-branded content.
Conduct outreach through email, social media, and professional networks to pitch content ideas, campaign collaborations, and partnership opportunities.
Maintain a structured and regularly updated outreach database of contacts, influencers, and websites ranked by domain authority and relevance.
Collaborate closely with the content and SEO teams to create compelling digital assets that naturally attract backlinks and increase referral traffic.
Analyze and report on key metrics such as response rates, acquired backlinks, and influencer engagement, using insights to improve future campaigns.
Stay current on SEO, outreach, and influencer marketing trends, ensuring UltaHost’s strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Coordinate with the wider marketing team to ensure outreach efforts align with broader content and SEO objectives.
Create and update strategic outreach, collaboration, guest post, and backlinking documents and procedures
Maintain regular reporting and update documents
Proactively react to outreach opportunities and obstacles, communicating them to marketing manager and other team members
This role is highly independent in its responsibilities and operations, reporting to marketing manager
Proven experience in SEO outreach, link-building, or digital PR (preferably in SaaS, tech, or hosting industries).
Strong communication and negotiation skills with an ability to build relationships online.
Proficiency in using SEO and outreach tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, or similar).
Understanding of domain authority, backlink quality, and content relevance metrics.
Highly communicative and responsive with both external partners and in-house teams
Proven understanding of outreach and link-building best practices, trends and techniques
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
