The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Order Representative will handle all aspects of the order entry and order management operation to ensure that client orders and production schedules are aligned to meet delivery dates and to provide an exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers by taking ownership of customer inquiries. This involves setting up the necessary files for order processing, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow, and completing client orders with a focus on a balance of speed and accuracy.
A highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, be flexible, and meet deadlines
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of direct experience within the promotional products, apparel, or branded merchandise distribution industry.
Language Proficiency:Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Technical Skills:Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications. Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.
Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.
Strong customer service skills and adaptability to different personalities.
Various promotional industry-specific software (i.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and meet tight deadlines.
Salary Range: Php 30,000 - Php 35,000
