Nagarro is a Digital Product Engineering company looking for an Associate Staff Consultant, Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in requirements analysis, agile fundamentals, and Salesforce configurations.
Requirements
- Total Experience: 5+ years
- Strong experience in requirements analysis, requirement elicitation
- Strong experience in agile fundamentals and methodology, RFP, wireframe & prototype
- Hands-on functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Deep understanding of Salesforce standard objects such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, and related processes
- Experience working with Salesforce configurations including Flows, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules, Approval Processes, and Reporting
- Ability to perform change impact analysis and support release/change management activities
- Ability to understand Salesforce data model, security model, and access control at a functional level
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware concepts (functional understanding)
- Experience in Business Analysis functions with good technical understanding along with creating BRDs, FSDs and coordinating for Functional and Non-functional requirements and testing
- Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment
- Effective communication with users, technical teams, and management
- Passionate about building great solutions
- Ability to mentor team members and hold them accountable for high standards of delivery
- Ability to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and apply learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios
