We are looking for a Global Brand, PR and Partnerships Manager to lead the commercial outcome of PR, Brand and Partnerships and grow our brand as a statement, not a necessity.
Requirements
- 6+ years hands-on experience running PR, Brand Marketing, or Partnerships at a recognised consumer, fashion, or lifestyle e-commerce brand
- Alignment with our company’s 5 core values: Passionate, Entrepreneurial, Smart, Collaborative and Caring
- Proven track record of macro collabs, brand partnerships, or licensing wins
- Proven track record of building partnership programmes that drove brand awareness and demand
- Proven track record placing tier-1 media coverage in fashion, lifestyle, or business publications
- Comfortable working with merchandising and product teams on branded collaborations and collections launches
- Strong commercial acumen — you think in branded search lift, repeat rate, CAC payback, and revenue, not impressions or EMV
- Experience integrating PR with influencer and social to drive brand awareness and branded search
- Experience managing a small in-house team and getting more out of them than they thought possible
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, native or fully fluent
- You partner naturally with SEO and performance teams — you know what signals feed search and AI visibility even if you don’t own the technical side
- Self-starter with a bias for action. You ship at 85% and iterate
- A strategic mindset with a strong understanding of brand building, user behaviour, and funnel metrics
- High attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting attitude
- Proven problem-solving ability and creativity in a fast-paced environment
