Supply Chain & Logistics Manager for a fast-growing air-dried dog food company responsible for demand planning, inventory strategy, and global logistics oversight across the U.S., UK, and EU.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, or S&OP within CPG, food, or e-commerce environments.
- Experience managing or mentoring logistics or supply chain team members.
- Strong knowledge of cross-border logistics and food compliance, including INCOTERMS, ISF, HTS classification, FDA Prior Notice, FSVP, and EU regulations.
- Experience working with Shopify, Amazon FBA, ShipStation, and 3PL partners.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with comfort analyzing margin and working capital impact.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
