Requirements
- Experience in IT support, help desk, or technical operations roles in a SaaS or tech-enabled environment.
- Familiarity with modern SaaS tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, device management tools, VPN/access tools).
- Strong troubleshooting skills — you can diagnose issues, resolve them efficiently, and know when to escalate.
