What You'll Lead and Build

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign goals and target audiences.

• Create engaging marketing content, including copy, graphics, and digital assets.

• Assist with digital marketing initiatives such as social media, email marketing, and content distribution.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.

• Contribute ideas to marketing strategies and creative initiatives.

• Help develop marketing materials, presentations, and promotional assets.

• Stay up to date with marketing trends and best practices.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Interest in digital marketing, social media, and marketing analytics.

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or marketing platforms is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Creative mindset with a proactive attitude.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to team success.
  
  Nice-to-have

• Experience with social media management tools.

• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or other reporting platforms.

• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
