As a Medical Contact Center Assistant I, you will be the voice of support for healthcare professionals and patients, addressing medical information queries, product quality complaints, and general inquiries. You will also be responsible for receiving, recording, and reporting Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) in compliance with regulatory timelines and internal SOPs.
Handle incoming communications via phone, email, fax, etc., providing accurate responses to inquiries.
Record and report adverse events efficiently and in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.
Support activities such as data tracking, quality control, training support, and data reconciliation.
Collaborate across departments and maintain high standards of documentation and communication.
Fluency in Swedish (C1 or higher) is mandatory.
A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, MD, VET or related fields is preferred, but equivalent experience is considered.
Relevant experience includes working in:
Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO industry
Safety experience includes:
Good grasp of regulatory guidelines (ICH GCP, Pharmacovigilance standards)
Team player who can also work independently with moderate supervision
Remote/ home-based – enjoy flexibility while making an impact.
