The Senior Enterprise Operations Optimization Delivery Lead drives the implementation of enterprise operational improvement initiatives. You will translate optimization insights into coordinated action by mobilizing cross-functional teams to address prioritized operational challenges and opportunities.
Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Operations Optimization, you will partner with institutional leaders, operational teams, and technology stakeholders across the university to advance enterprise optimization initiatives identified through structured operational reviews and assessments.
Operating with autonomy and judgment, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to design, prioritize, and execute operational improvements that enhance efficiency, strengthen compliance and risk management, and improve technology enablement across the institution. You will ensures initiatives are coordinated effectively, dependencies are managed, and improvement efforts deliver measurable operational outcomes.
You will work closely with Enterprise Operations Optimization Analyst to translate diagnostic insights into actionable initiatives and sustainable operational improvements.
