A: No. While you will handle inbound calls, this is a Success Coordinator role. You are a "Swiss Tool" for the organization, meaning you will handle data management, office coordination, and executive support alongside client intake.

A: Yes. This is a Bilingual role. You will be switching between languages daily to support a diverse client base and ensure clear communication across all departments.
