The Mill Adventure is a scale-up looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing corporate documentation, preparing and filing statutory corporate documentation, and managing corporate portfolios.

Requirements

Law degree
2–3 years of experience in Legal Corporate Housekeeping, Corporate Governance, or Commercial Legal work
Experience in drafting and reviewing technology and commercial agreements, particularly SaaS and licensing arrangements
Familiarity with corporate compliance and client onboarding (KYB/KYC) processes is desirable
