What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, including C-level positions.
• Source talent using premium LinkedIn tools.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain high quality standards quality over quantity.
• Keep an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in our CRM.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2+ years in IT recruitment, with a proven track record in closing complex roles.
• Strong understanding of technical positions, including C-level and niche specializations.
• Readiness to work within our KPI system, where the fixed salary is tied to the number of management-approved, relevant candidates (approx. 2530 per month).
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality.
• Ability to self-manage, take ownership, and be accountable for outcomes.
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
