We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented New Business Specialist (NBS) to join our Personal Lines team. This is a salaried, production-focused role responsible for quoting, presenting, and binding new business while delivering a high-touch client experience.
The New Business Specialist will work primarily from inbound and internally generated leads, with a strong focus on cross-selling and rounding out accounts. This role also supports internal producers by quoting business and assisting in the placement of new accounts.
