Oversee the operation and financial performance of a rental investment portfolio, starting at approximately 150 residential units.
Manage all aspects of the client's real estate assets, focusing on maximizing revenue through effective leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant retention.
Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with property stakeholders and tenants, serving as their main point of contact.
Provide strategic guidance to clients on reducing vacancies, executing value-add renovations, and improving tenant retention.
Deliver exceptional customer service that consistently elevates the company's brand reputation.
Collaborate with the Portfolio Director and the Leasing team to implement strategies that meet or exceed revenue, retention, and occupancy goals.
Actively participate in strategic portfolio team meetings, contributing valuable insights and expertise.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
2-5 years of professional experience in property management, real estate, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
Outstanding writing, verbal communication, and negotiation abilities, with a strong customer-centric approach.
A self-motivated, independent mentality with a genuine desire to grow with the company.
Familiarity with real estate investments and/or financial analysis is a plus.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms.
Proven track record in a client-facing, revenue-generating role.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate sharp problem-solving skills.
This is aFull-time, 100% Remoteposition.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus a percentage of all revenue generated by your portfolio.
