Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management with Ansible
- Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency
- Implement GitOps practices using Argo CD for automated deployments
- Develop monitoring and alerting solutions using Prometheus and Grafana
- Implement centralized logging using ELK stack
- Ensure system availability, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with development teams to support microservices-based applications
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering
- Strong experience with:
Kubernetes
Docker
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
AWS
- Hands-on experience in:
Terraform and Ansible
Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
Logging tools (ELK stack)
- Scripting skills (Python or Shell)
- Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and microservices architecture
- Experience with Helm and Istio
- Familiarity with Argo CD / GitOps practices
- Experience in automation and performance optimization
- Exposure to Agile environments
- Certifications such as CKA / CKAD
- Experience mentoring team members
- Experience in large-scale distributed systems
