Job Summary
Automation Full Stack Developer and see how the products you build help colleagues work better, smarter, and faster. You will design, develop, and support web applications and automation workflows across a large-scale Enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) environment.This is a highly mutualized, hands-on role where the engineer is expected to be comfortable across the stack: frontend, backend, automation/orchestration, CI/CD, and production operations, with a strong engineering mindset and the ability to work across multiple technologies depending on the product.
Mandatory Skill-set
- PHP/Laravel Development (7–12 years experience required);
- Full Stack Web Development (Frontend & Backend);
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL;
- Database Technologies: SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL;
- Automation & Orchestration Tools: Ansible, OpenText Operations Orchestration, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, or similar;
- Git Version Control (preferably GitLab CI/CD);
- Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash/Shell;
- Web Server Administration: Windows Server, IIS, Linux Server, Nginx;
- Docker and Kubernetes;
- Web Technologies: DNS, IP Networking, SSL Certificates;
- Production Support, Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution;
- Secure Coding Practices and Enterprise Security Controls;
- Logging, Monitoring, Error Handling, and Observability.
Desired Skill-set
- Go Programming;
- Python Development;
- SASS, TailwindCSS;
- VueJS, ReactJS;
- PostgreSQL and MSSQL expertise;
- Composer, NPM, Vite;
- Machine Learning / AI knowledge using Python;
- Advanced CI/CD pipeline implementation;
- Workflow automation architecture and tool integrations.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements, identify automation opportunities, and translate requirements into technical solutions;
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using PHP/Laravel, ensuring strong UI/UX and proper documentation;
- Build and maintain automation and orchestration workflows, integrating multiple tools and systems to streamline operations;
- Provide production support, troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, and manage application/framework upgrades;
- Implement secure coding practices, authentication/authorization controls, and secure credential management;
- Develop observability and reliability capabilities through logging, monitoring, error handling, and operational documentation;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable automation solutions.
