Okta is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator Lead to partner with our growing Recruiting team and serve as our culture ambassador. The Recruiting Coordinator Lead is an integral partner in building candidate relationships, leading operational initiatives, demonstrating best practices, and managing our Recruiting Coordinators in Manila.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scheduling and Coordination
Schedule high volume of intricate phone, remote, and onsite interviews for multiple recruiters and hiring teams in a timely manner
Coordinate travel accommodations for out-of-town candidates
Send offer letter packets to candidates via DocuSign
Approve jobs in Greenhouse for recruiters using Job Approval checklist
Ensure candidates have an amazing candidate experience while embodying Okta’s brand
Recruiting Coordination Lead
Onboard, train, and lead Recruiting Coordinators in Manila on Recruiting Operations processes: documents, tools, systems, and candidate materials
Provide day-to-day support for Recruiting Coordination team in Manila and ensure team SLA’s are met
Lead ongoing Recruiting Coordination meetings to ensure alignment across team
Recruiting Operations Partnership
Act as the main point-of-contact to our Recruiting Program Manager for our Recruiting Coordinators in Manila
Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience, operational logistics, and scheduling efficiency
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3 years of recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
1-3 years of management experience
Heavy scheduling and calendaring (minimum 1 year)
Ability to self-direct and work without immediate supervision
Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate
Ability to take ownership of projects and be proactive about suggestions to improve process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience working with an ATS
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
Ability to drive projects with a sense of accountability and sound judgment
