Engineering Manager (FE) - Team Expansion

Join Canva as an Engineering Manager (FE) to help shape the way teams & organizations work with Canva. Coach and mentor engineers, partner with leads to roadmap goals, and communicate with partners to ensure project alignment. You'll lead a motivated team of 4-6 engineers, break down and deliver large projects, and take responsibility for the operation of services.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team of software engineers
• Experience owning and operating services with a healthy balance of delivery leadership, people leadership, and technical skills
• Strong customer focus to understand the use cases and requirements of our customers
• Ability to lead by example and promote Canva's values and engineering values
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and other business functions outside of engineering
