The Solution Assessment Technical Consultant plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Microsoft Solution Assessments, enabling customers to evaluate their existing IT landscape and build actionable strategies for cloud, security, and AI transformation. This is a hybrid or remote role, with flexibility for regional or global delivery alignment and working hours tailored to customer engagement requirements and supported time zones.
Execute end-to-end Solution Assessments across Azure, Security, and Copilot portfolios, manage multiple concurrent assessment engagements, act as the primary technical point of contact, guide customers through deployment and tooling setup, advise on cloud adoption and AI enablement strategies, and deliver executive-level presentations.
This role offers opportunities to collaborate with Microsoft stakeholders, partners, and regional teams, while developing deep expertise in advisory-led customer engagements, and requires fluency in Japanese, strong presentation and storytelling abilities, and experience presenting technical findings to senior stakeholders.
