We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong foundation in multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. In this role, you will lead technical solutioning across a variety of client industries, designing scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions while working closely with clients and delivery teams.
This position blends hands-on Salesforce expertise with a consultative mindset. You will guide discovery, architecture, and delivery across multiple Salesforce clouds, ensuring solutions align with business goals, follow best practices, and are delivered successfully in fast-paced consulting environments.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
2–5 years of experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions
Proven success in client-facing roles such as Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Consultant
Experience working in consulting, partner, or agile delivery environments
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Adaptability and comfort working in dynamic environments
Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including:
-Configuration and declarative customization
Hands-on experience implementing Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (additional clouds are a plus)
Ability to run discovery sessions, document requirements, and translate them into scalable configurations
Experience delivering fixed-scope or rapid implementation projects
Familiarity with agile delivery models and consulting environments
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to business stakeholders
Ability to work across disciplines and adapt to unfamiliar technologies or business processes
Lead solution discovery and technical design across multiple Salesforce clouds and implementations
Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions
Facilitate discovery sessions, lead design workshops, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout project delivery
Oversee and participate in build and quality assurance activities
Deliver fixed-scope or rapid implementation Salesforce projects using best practices
Collaborate as part of a project team alongside internal stakeholders and external clients
Mentor internal team members and contribute to technical standards and best practices
Demonstrate strong passion for Salesforce solutions and foster effective team collaboration
2–5 years of Salesforce solution design and delivery experience in a consulting or partner environment
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and standard automation tools (Flows, validation rules, approvals)
