On behalf of a client in our partner network, we are currently looking for a Go-to-Market Strategy Manager to join their team.
Our client is a B2B SaaS company based in London, providing compliance and risk management software to financial services firms across the UK and Europe. Series B-backed with £40m raised, they are accelerating expansion into new verticals and geographies and need a dedicated GTM strategy function to lead that effort. The team is analytically rigorous and moves fast, with senior hires coming from McKinsey, BCG, and leading fintech scale-ups.
As Go-to-Market Strategy Manager, you will own the strategic design and execution of market entry and launch efforts across new customer segments. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product, you will develop the commercial frameworks, pricing strategies, and channel approaches that define how the business grows into new markets.
Lead GTM planning for new product lines and geographic markets, including segmentation, positioning, and channel strategy.
Develop pricing frameworks and commercial models that reflect customer value and competitive dynamics.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to design launch playbooks and track performance against entry targets.
Conduct primary and secondary research to build a clear picture of market opportunity, buyer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
Report on GTM performance to the senior leadership team and iterate strategy based on early results.
4–7 years of experience in strategy consulting, growth strategy, or a commercial strategy role within a technology business.
Strong analytical skills with experience in market sizing, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
Comfortable owning a project end-to-end and presenting findings directly to senior stakeholders.
Collaborative and commercially minded, able to work across product, marketing, and sales without friction.
Exposure to SaaS, fintech, or regulated industries is an advantage.
Base salary of £80,000 – £105,000, depending on experience.
EMI equity options in a high-growth SaaS business.
