Requirements
- 5-7+ years of sales leadership experience, with significant experience leading enterprise sales teams in cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS environments
- Proven success managing complex enterprise sales cycles, including multi-year deals, large ACVs, and executive-level negotiations
- Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and retain high-performing enterprise sales teams
- Strong experience building and operating a strategic channel ecosystem to support enterprise growth
- Expertise in forecasting, pipeline inspection, and deal governance for enterprise motions, with a track record of predictable revenue delivery
- Ability to analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into improved execution and strategic decisions
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
