Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Lead Faculty Associate (LFA) in MBA & Marketing supports the curricular excellence and delivery of courses ensuring alignment with University, accreditation, program, and state standards in support of CSU Global’s mission and programs. The LFA performs the following tasks including but not limited to teaching courses, aiding in the administration of the program, reviewing courses for consistency and quality, resolving curricular issues related to course content and student experience, and ensuring relevance of course materials to industry standards. The Lead Faculty Associate is expected to devote their time and effort to the University in proportion to their appointment. This is a majority-time (.75 FTE) position in which the Lead Faculty Associate's first obligation is the preparation and carrying out official CSU Global duties. ***Please note that this is a majority time position at 30 hours per week.***

Documented knowledge and skills related to teaching modern learners, teaching methodology, curriculum development, and curriculum evaluation.
Experience working with a diverse student population.
Ability to resolve inquiries and complaints.
Ability to effectively communicate with students, faculty, academic and campus leaders, and other internal and external stakeholders
Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
Enter data into the computer using software applications for data entry and word processing.
Proficient with e-mail and cloud-based document systems, includingGoogle applications.
Proficient with standard word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed of work and attention to detail without loss to productivity.
Ability to perform under stress in cases of emergency, critical, or time-sensitive situations.
Ability to work with others in a team environment.
OR Doctorate in Marketing with graduate hours in Business Administration or Business Management.
● Occasional travel to Denver Metro area required for University events and accreditation requirements.
