This is not a traditional BDR role. You are the first point of contact between high-net-worth investors and a senior capital
markets executive. Your job is not to “sell.” Your job is to qualify, position, and secure meetings with serious investors—individuals capable of deploying $100K to $1M+—and ensure they are prepared to engage at a high level.
You will operate inside The Company´s capital formation engine with:
● Direct alignment with senior executives
● Proven frameworks for qualifying and advancing capital conversations
This role requires presence, precision, and control. You are setting the tone for every relationship that follows.
● Controlling conversations with composure and authority
● Positioning executive calls as valuable, not available
● Ensuring every scheduled meeting has intent, context, and potential capital behind it
● Conduct outbound calls to warm, pre-engaged investors
● Pre-frame and position meetings with senior executives to increase close rates
● Set high-quality, high-conversion appointments—not volume for the sake of activity
● Maintain structured call notes and qualification data inside CRM
● Follow strategic call frameworks while maintaining a natural, controlled tone
● Work directly with leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and qualification standards
● Protect executive time by ensuring only qualified, aligned prospects are scheduled
● 2–4 qualified investor appointments set per day
● High second-call show rate (you own the quality of the set)
● Consistent pipeline contribution to capital raise targets
● Real capital moves at the $100K–$1M level
● Speak with high-net-worth individuals with authority
● Elite operators qualify, control, and advance financial conversations
● Build trust quickly without overselling
● Operate inside a high-performance capital formation system
● Command Presence – You sound credible, controlled, and composed
● Emotional Discipline – You don’t chase, you qualify
● Strong Communication – Clear, direct, and professional
● Sales Experience – Phone-based experience strongly preferred
● Financial Curiosity – You can learn fast and speak intelligently about money
● Attention to Detail – You capture what matters and filter what doesn’t
● Coachability + Competitiveness – You want to improve and win
● Minimum 6:30 - 7 hours per day of focused call time
● Full accountability to quality + outcomes (not just activity)
● A long-term mindset—this role is a gateway into capital markets
