Experience in lien negotiation or personal injury case management required, preferably within the U.S. legal system.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Liens Specialist to manage and resolve medical and insurance liens for U.S. personal injury cases. You will negotiate lien reductions with healthcare providers and insurance adjusters, prepare settlement documentation, and support the liens team in keeping cases moving toward resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble, organize, and review client medical bills and records related to lien claims.
Negotiate lien reductions with healthcare providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys.
Draft and send lien reduction acceptance and disbursement letters.
Develop and implement strategies to expedite the settlement of liens.
Maintain clear communication with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives.
Perform administrative tasks to support case management and ensure smooth operation of the liens team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
Relevant experience in lien negotiation, preferably within U.S. personal injury law.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to legal and procedural details.
Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and prioritize effectively.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
