We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team in day-to-day operations, coordination, and special projects.
Requirements
- Manage the CEO’s inbox and calendar efficiently, prioritizing key communications
- Draft and send routine correspondence independently
- Track follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintain HubSpot, keeping pipelines and records accurate
- Support client onboarding documentation and coordination
- Track sales stages and update relevant data
- Draft MSAs, NDAs, and basic agreements using templates
- Coordinate signatures and maintain organized contract records
- Take ownership of operational tasks from start to finish
- Research vendors, tools, and processes, providing actionable recommendations
- Support project coordination across marketing, sales, and operations
- Streamline workflows using AI and automation tools
- Help implement systems to reduce manual work and boost efficiency
