Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Finance Operations Lead to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager within the Controllers’ team, this role will oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations delivered through third-party service providers, while ensuring strong governance, accurate reporting, effective controls, and continuous process improvement.
The successful candidate will work closely with third-party Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Intercompany and Treasury operations teams, as well as Global Process Excellence teams, to support strategic initiatives, policy updates, compliance requirements and best-in-class operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage key business process transition project for AR and AP.
Step change debtor, creditor and Inventory forecasting capability delivered through machine learning projects.
Strengthen the finance operations delivered through third-party service providers.
Support closing activities while maintaining compliance with global policies and operating standards.
Governance, Controls and Compliance
Lead service performance and governance reviews with third-party providers.
Drive process improvements to strengthen efficiency, controls and service quality.
Ensure compliance with financial controls and support OCA, SOX, corporate and external audits.
Experience Required:
Finance qualifications CA/CPA/CFA/ACCA. Prior experience in Accounts Payables and accounts receivables is key
Working knowledge of SAP and experience in working in an SAP environment.
Additional experience in Compliance/Audit roles is beneficial.
Knowledge of analytical tools such as PowerBI and advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
