We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager, AI Enablement for one of our global logistics clients. This person will drive the development of AI literacy, adoption and capability across the organisation. This role is responsible for designing and delivering initiatives that help employees understand, adopt and apply AI effectively in their work. You will identify high-value business use cases, support citizen developers in building AI-enabled solutions, and measure the impact of AI on productivity and ways of working. This hybrid role combines programme design, change management, stakeholder engagement and practical knowledge of generative AI.
KeyResponsibilities
· Design and deliver organisation-wide AI enablement programmes, including AI champion networks, cohort-based learning initiatives and structured development pathways.
· Develop learning journeys and onboarding programmes tailored to different user groups, from general users to advanced practitioners.
· Facilitate workshops with business teams to identify, assess and prioritise AI use cases.
· Manage and maintain the AI use case portfolio in line with the company’s governance framework.
· Coach citizen developers through the development of AI solutions and review workflows before wider rollout or promotion.
· Monitor AI capability development, adoption, usage and value realisation across the organisation.
· Prepare insights and reports for senior stakeholders on AI adoption progress and business impact.
· Curate and communicate internal AI success stories to build momentum and demonstrate value.
· Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to promote responsible AI use and ensure effective programme delivery.
Requirements
· At least six years of experience in roles involving business engagement, change management, training, enablement or programme delivery.
· Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes for non-technical audiences.
· Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience designing or managing structured enablement programmes, such as training cohorts, communities of practice or certification pathways.
· Hands-one experience facilitating discovery workshops with business users.
· Practical understanding of generative AI tools, including their capabilities, limitations and appropriate use cases.
· Comfortable working in matrixed organisations across different geographies and cultures.
· Proven ability to measure programme effectiveness and use data to improve delivery.
· Hands-on experience with low-code or no-code AI platforms.
· Exposure to citizen developer initiatives, low-code/no-code movements, robotic process automation or data literacy programmes.
· Experience translating business problems into requirements, success metrics and acceptance criteria for machine learning, data science or analytics solutions.
· Familiarity with AI or digital transformation maturity frameworks.
· Experience in survey design, qualitative research or user feedback analysis.
