About the Role

At Pavago, we are hiring for one of our clients seeking an experienced Bilingual Account Executive to join their growing sales team.

This role is ideal for a proven salesperson who knows how to manage a pipeline, conduct consultative sales conversations, handle objections, follow up consistently, and close deals. International moving experience is preferred but not required—the client will provide industry training.

Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management

• Respond to and engage with leads through the company's automated lead system.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customers' relocation needs, timelines, destinations, and requirements.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through quoting, negotiation, follow-up, and close.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and open proposals to maximize conversions.

Consultative Selling & Closing

• Present moving solutions based on each customer's specific requirements.
• Prepare and explain competitive moving quotes in coordination with the internal team.
• Handle objections confidently and communicate the value of the company's services.
• Negotiate appropriately and convert qualified opportunities into booked moves.

Pipeline & CRM Management

• Maintain ownership of the sales pipeline and ensure opportunities consistently move forward.
• Keep CRM records, notes, follow-ups, and pipeline stages accurate and up to date.
• Track customer interactions and ensure no qualified opportunity is left without follow-up.

Client & Internal Coordination

• Build strong relationships with prospective customers throughout the sales process.
• Set clear expectations regarding pricing, services, and timelines.
• Coordinate with pricing and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions align with service capabilities.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal teams and customers.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of proven sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing a sales process from lead engagement through closing.
• Outbound sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong consultative and needs-based selling skills.
• Demonstrated experience handling objections and closing deals.
• Experience working with CRM and sales pipeline tools.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Fluent or professional Spanish.
• Ability to work independently with minimal sales coaching.
