Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of project and/or construction management for commercial, institutional, or educational projects
- Knowledge base and experience in supporting large-scale capital projects and design initiatives
- Strong knowledge of project management practices and construction methodologies
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and financial reporting skills
