We're an AI-native venture builder for the Global South. We partner with founders who know their industry from the inside and co-build their ventures from first idea through to spin-out — covering product, design, engineering, and GTM.

About the Role

This internship is for people who want to work inside a live venture studio — not shadow one. As an Agentic Operator Intern, you'll build and run AI agents that make the studio faster across a specific track: a department or a stage of our co-build programme. Real work, real impact, from day one.

What You'll Do

• Build AI agents and automated workflows for your track
• Operate inside live studio processes alongside the core team

— Own deliverables, not tasks

• Move fast, iterate, and ship things that actually get used

• You've built something with AI, even if it's scrappy
• You think in specifics, not generalities

— You move without waiting to be told

• You can hold multiple things at once without dropping them

— You care about the details

No specific background or degree required. What matters is what you can build.
