Senior Managed Services Engineer, Palo Alto SD-WAN & Security

Senior Managed Services Engineer specializing in Palo Alto SD-WAN and security. Design, configure, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN and firewall solutions. Lead SD-WAN design and architecture for enterprise clients. Manage and troubleshoot multi-vendor environments. Collaborate with vendors for escalations and advanced troubleshooting. Monitor customer environments and mitigate threats or performance issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (Bachelor’s in IT/Networking preferred)
• 7 to 10 years of experience in networking and security
• Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN and NGFW platforms
• Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, VRRP), NAT, and VPN technologies
• Certifications such as PCNSE (Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer) or CCNP Security are highly desirable
