Design and enhance learning experiences for students aged 5-17 using child-centered and research-driven approaches. Collaborate with academic and product teams to translate theoretical frameworks into practical learning experiences.

Requirements

• Strong academic background in Educational Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Learning Sciences, Developmental Psychology, or Child Psychology
• Experience in curriculum design, instructional design, or learning experience design (LX)
• Deep understanding of cognitive development stages and learning behaviors in children and adolescents
