Role Overview
Float Health is building a marketplace for specialty pharmacy. The company is a fast-growing startup with a remote-first team. The role is a high-autonomy position with low red tape, where the engineer will work directly with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and solve problems.
What You Will Do
Own and ship high-impact features end-to-end, work directly with nurses and pharmacy partners, set a high technical bar, identify and drive technical initiatives, and collaborate across functions.
