The AI Education Project (aiEDU) is a non-profit that aims to make sure all students are ready to live, work, and thrive in a world where AI is everywhere. We're looking for a Senior Lead, Research & Evaluation to lead our research and impact measurement efforts.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in data analysis leadership or program evaluation roles in education or technology companies
- Strong experience with survey design and research/evaluation design
- Experience setting up and managing data management software (Airtable experience is a plus!)
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate impact analysis and data management
- Technical fluency with AI vibecoding
- Experience using educational data and the regulations around data privacy in schools
- Communicates effectively across departments and levels
- Attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and integrity
- Strong prioritization skills; eager to work on many different tasks and projects at once
- Pro-active problem solver, especially in developing efficient and unique ways to establish and communicate impact using technology
