RTO Compliance Manager
Job Overview: We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented RTO Compliance Manager based in the Philippines to support the compliance operations of an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
The role will primarily focus on validation of assessment tools, reviewing learning and
assessment materials, identifying compliance gaps, and ensuring training resources align with current Australian VET regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Validation & Learning Material Review- Conduct systematic validation of assessment tools to ensure compliance with Australian VET requirements.
- Review and improve learning and assessment materials to ensure they meet competency requirements and regulatory expectations.
- Identify gaps in training resources, assessment tools, and learning materials, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure assessments demonstrate validity, reliability, fairness, and flexibility.
Compliance & Quality Assurance- Support internal compliance processes aligned with current Australian VET regulatory
frameworks.
- Conduct gap analysis on training and assessment practices and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and quality assurance records.
Learning & Assessment Development Support- Work with trainers and content developers to update and improve assessment tools and
learning resources.
- Ensure materials align with training package requirements, unit of competency standards, and assessment conditions.
Collaboration & Internal Support- Work closely with trainers, assessors, and compliance teams to ensure learning materials remain compliant and effective.
- Provide guidance on validation practices and compliance expectations.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement- Document validation outcomes and improvement recommendations.
- Track compliance issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Qualifications:- At least 5 years of experience working in compliance for an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or supporting AU VET compliance functions.
- Experience supporting RTO audits or compliance reviews.
- Strong documentation and policy development experience.
- Strong understanding of:
- Assessment validation processes
- Learning and assessment resource development
- Training package requirements and units of competency
- Principles of assessment and rules of evidence
- Gap analysis and compliance improvement
Requirements
NON NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENT1. Experience working in compliance for an Australian Registered TrainingOrganisation (RTO) or supporting AU VET compliance functions.
2. Experience supporting RTO audits or compliance reviews.
3. You need someone to primarily work on validations, addressing gaps in learning and assessment materials etc
