Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Engineer/Senior Consultant/Project Manager for our Technical Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will lead and manage projects, develop and implement technical concepts, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, develop and implement technical concepts, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, prepare and review technical reports, and manage risks and quality control.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Supply Engineering, Infrastructure Planning, or a related field
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in Leitungsplanung/technical infrastructure, including project management
- Proficiency in planning and CAD/GIS tools (e.g., AutoCAD Civils 3D, MicroStation, ArcGIS) and calculation software (e.g., DWA-Tools, HEC-RAS, hydraulic calculation tools)
- Good knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines (DIN, DWA, ATV, local regulations)
- Experience with tendering, performance specification preparation, and cost estimation
- Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with project management tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills, experience in team leadership and mentoring junior engineers
- High sense of responsibility, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to negotiate with customers and authorities
- Fluent German language skills (written and spoken), good English language skills are desirable
