We are seeking a Collections Specialist III - Remote. As our Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our current customers with outstanding accounts and all other aspects of collections.
Requirements
- Manage a portfolio of 450+ customer accounts
- Provide back up for other collectors on delinquent accounts as needed
- Process AR reporting for Sales/Operations and Accounting
- Assist customers with questions about their account
- Provide documents to customers upon request (statements/invoices)
- Transmit credit card and electronic payments as received
- Process and mail month-end statements
- Monitor credit limits and release orders
- Maintain accurate and up to date collection notes
