Privacy Consultant

Mercor is seeking a Privacy Consultant to join their team as a Compliance & Regulatory Expert. The role involves building long-horizon compliance tasks, developing scenarios, and creating policies and training materials. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, or regulatory affairs and expertise in GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, SOX, AML/KYC, or the EU AI Act.

Requirements

• 3+ years in compliance, privacy, or regulatory affairs
• Expertise in GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, SOX, AML/KYC, or the EU AI Act
• Proficiency in producing compliance artifacts: policies, risk assessments, training materials, regulatory change memos
• Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics
